Kenvue is currently recruiting for: IT Manager - SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution Role reports to: IT Senior manager Location: Bangalore India Travel %: Pay: (If compliant with country laws) What you will do: The IT Manager for SAP S/4HANA LE is responsible for identifying technology enablers, researching, and promoting technology solutions, developing task estimates and activity plans, recommending cost-saving solutions, investigating complex system problems, designing solutions, configuring system, monitoring quality standards, providing status reports and collaborating with business partners and project managers to define technical requirements and deploy solutions. You will support operations by closely working with 3PLs to ensure deliveries are processed successfully and solving day-to-day IT issues impacting LE functions. Key Responsibilities: Design solutions and configure functions in SAP S4/HANA LE. Design enhancements and new solutions to close gaps in SAP S4/HANA LE capability. Leverage \ extend existing enhancements to accelerate deliverables. Work with ABAP, Fiori, BTP, webMethods developers to optimize designs, provide test conditions, build, test and deploy enhancements. Design interfaces between SAP S4/HANA and 3PL systems. Troubleshoot system defects, perform root cause analysis, determine corrective actions, configure \ correct code in partnership with developers, test, document and deploy transports using SAP Solution Manager for change and release management. Actively participate in change control, collaborate across functional workstreams, ensure quality of change requests and completion of change orders on time and per compliance requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of test conditions representing technical and process requirements. Plan, enable and supervise testing cycles. Ensure test results meet expectations for comprehensive data scenarios and performance criteria. Ensure technical quality and completeness of documentation for RICEF and Configurations. Collaborate with business partners to convert requirements into technical user stories with clearly defined functional and technical acceptance criteria. Estimate and negotiate story points for user stories, steward user stories to achieve readiness for Sprint \ Kanban, obtain resources and supervise execution of user stories. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of analysts. Lead the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with SDLC, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Ensure quality standards, business requirements, time constraints and budgetary resources are met within projects. Provide status reports, progress reports and documentation to information technology and business partners. Collaborate with project managers to define and sequence tasks, estimate time and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Process suggestions and ideas for process improvement and track system development and deployment. Stay up to date with SAP S/4 HANA roadmap, Best Practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within business processes. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8 years of experience in SAP ECC including S/4HANALE in a global organization. 5 years of experience as a functional lead or similar roles. Proven experience in designing integrated business processes in LE for Consumer industry and hands on ability to configure and customize the system. Strong understanding of integration between SAP LE and related SAP functions in Sales, Procurement and Quality Management. Experience in Agile methodologies using tools like Jira and knowledge of software development life cycle. Experience in Change and Release management using SAP Solution Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues using a process integration approach. Experience in the following LE functions: Inbound and Outbound Delivery processing through interfaces with 3PLs, Inventory Movements, Batch Management, Transportation Management , Physical Inventory Management, Handling Unit Management, Stock Room Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Integrations with RF devices, Fiori apps and dashboards for inventory management. Should have good knowledge of MS Office tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop partnerships with process and cross-functional information technology teams and work collaboratively. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Desired Qualifications: Experience in large and global scale SAP ERP transformational projects and initiatives. Experience in identifying and building innovative SAP LE solutions that enabled business objectives. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Best Practices, up to date with new features and awareness of emerging features in SAP S/4 HANA roadmap.
