Job Description: McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for an HR Systems Director Role based in our India Global Business Services Office. This role will serve as the Director of SuccessFactors & TA Systems, responsible for liaising with the business to understand and translate their requirements into technology needs. You will partner with the Technology and AMS teams to develop and test solutions, while also analyzing, defining, and improving HR-related processes and systems to support key organizational capabilities. Additionally, you will ensure that Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions align with business goals and optimize HR operations. Responsibilities: In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Development, Management, & Leadership: Develop solutions strategy and roadmap and manage teams who understand and interpret tech requirements. Advise leaders on how to optimally leverage technical capabilities to align with their strategic objectives. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors and Talent Acquisition (TA) systems, ensuring they meet business needs and HR strategies. Develop and execute the HR systems roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities, enhancing the overall HR technology ecosystem. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Tech Team and assigned AMS for configuration. Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to collect and document their requirements related to HCM systems, processes, and data. Work with cross-functional teams to design HCM solutions, ensuring they align with the organizations strategic priorities. System Optimization, Evaluation, & Management: Oversee the ongoing management and evolution of HR processes. Assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing HCM software and tools and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed. Ensure HCM systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards. Change Management, Documentation, & Adoption: Partner on change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new HCM processes and technologies. Ensure any changes to solutions go through the appropriate audit and controls reviews. Oversee the comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps by the Functional Solutions team. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: A degree in HR or Technology related field preferred Experience working in HR Systems, TA Systems, and SuccessFactors Experience leading multifunctional teams English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in HCM software and tools (e.g., HRIS, LMS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations. Significant human resources and talent acquisition experience Strong business acumen Familiar with SuccessFactors Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment Continuous improvement and growth mindset
