Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes. This individual will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities Maintain and distribute human resources policies and procedures Organize salary studies of the area and determine, the benefits and salaries of employees and candidates Responsible for the negotiation of the collective bargaining agreement with the union Maintain labor relations and communication with the union representatives Organization and administration of IMSS Payments Responsible for communicating all matters related to policies and procedures Assis the management team in the analysis an identification of special training needs Create analysis and graphs of turnover and absenteeism Medical Department administration Generation of the annual risk premium Migration procedures Qualifications Career of LAE, LRI, LRH Bilingual English Spanish Knowledge of policies, regulations of STPS, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT and Mexican governmental Laws Experience and knowledge in HR practices and procedures Knowledge of negotiations with the Union Minimum 5 years of experience in a manager position Oversee compliance with labor obligations agreed upon in labor agreements and labor laws.
