SAP Administrator

Position : SAP Admin. Location : Paris, France (Remote - 2 days per week) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Admin SAP Basis N2/N3, RUN, Astreinte, HNO, Build, SAP HANA Missions Participate in the administration and operation of "SAP" applications within a team dedicated to this activity. Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to resolve complex incidents and optimize services Activities The employee is in charge of all the activities to ensure the provision of the pre-production and production platforms * Provides application monitoring * Processes Level 2/Level 3 trouble tickets * Processes requests and changes * Updates Operations Documents (DEXs) * Ensures on-call duty * Intervenes in HO and HNO * Knows the business context * Participates in the activities of the Reinforced Run on a perimeter of critical EDF applications * Can interact directly with sponsors * Has in-depth knowledge of application architectures
