Key Responsibilities: Organize and optimize transport routes and schedules according to driver availability and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with French transport laws and EU regulations. Manage vehicle maintenance and oversee safety inspections. Lead and coordinate the transport team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Monitor transport costs and implement cost-saving initiatives. Maintain accurate transport documentation and reports. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Qualifications : Holding a current, valid and active Professional Driving Certification (FIMO - Formation Initiale Minimum Obligatoire and FCO - Formation Continue Obligatoire) is mandatory for this role. Success in building high performing teams Have experience of managing large fast paced transport operations Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, transport management, or business administration. Strong knowledge of FR and EU transport regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in French and English languages.
