Job Description
A high-growth AI perception company is hiring a hands-on commercial lead to scale strategic sales across the EMEA region. The firm develops real-time 3D perception software used in intelligent transportation, smart security, and infrastructure. Backed by a strong technical team and a growing footprint in the US and Asia, they are now expanding in Europe. This is a critical role with full sales cycle ownership, from prospecting and engagement to closing. You’ll act as the regional sales lead across direct and indirect channels, including public sector contracts and infrastructure applications. The Role Own sales strategy and execution across EMEA Build pipeline through direct outreach and channel engagement Manage complex negotiations including multi-stakeholder and government deals Sell cutting-edge Lidar and AI-enabled 3D perception solutions Operate as a key link between sales, marketing, and product/engineering teams Contribute to shaping commercial operations in a fast-paced, start-up environment You’ll Bring Strong individual contributor mindset with leadership potential Experience in ITS, machine vision, or edge AI/perception systems Understanding of Lidar, 3D data, or AI-driven sensor technology Previous exposure to early-stage or scale-up environments Experience managing deals with data/subscription pricing models Excellent stakeholder engagement, across both public and private sectors Please contact Laura @ IC Resources for more info!
