Role and responsibilities * Using Revit for designing floor plans, * Creating elevations and 3D visuals, * Drawing bespoke carpentry solutions and construction details Key requirements * Minimum 5-yrs Revit experience * Understanding client building plans to make well-judged design decisions * Using viewpoint for drawing approval * Provide detailed information on products in accordance with BIM requirements * Producing guidance steps and instruction for clients and installers * Having a knowledge of Building regulation requirements * Communicating with clients, building contractors and architects This role is office based only. 40-hours per week, salary upto £45k Hours of work Monday – Friday 40 hours per week I you feel you have the above attributes and you would like to know more about this position please apply within
