Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Research Licensing Administrator to support a busy licensing team for our client. You’ll manage administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth operations during a high-demand period. This is an 8-week temporary role supporting a busy team. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for licensing activities. Maintain accurate records and track deadlines. Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and notes. Manage and organise files on SharePoint.Skills & Experience: Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint). Highly organised with strong communication skills. Experience in licensing or procurement is a plus.Attributes: Adaptable, reliable, and professional. Able to handle sensitive information with care.
