Description The In-House Banking Lawyer will be: Providing legal advice on securitisation transactions across various asset classes, including mortgage loans, credit cards, auto loans, and trade receivables Supporting other debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, such as covered bonds, unsecured bond issuances, and structured products Collaborating with business areas across Corporate & Institutional Banking to deliver pragmatic legal solutions Engaging in strategic and regulatory projects related to DCM Contributing to central initiatives within the Legal & Secretariat function Profile The In-House Banking Lawyer should be: A solicitor or equivalent with a current practising certificate in a relevant jurisdiction Possessing ideally 7 years' post-qualification experience in securitisation and DCM, gained in private practice or in-house Experienced in providing commercial legal advice and leading complex transactions Adaptable, with a willingness to engage in various DCM products and projects Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions Job Offer Competitive salary range of £110,000-£130,000 Hybrid working model promoting work-life balance Opportunity to work within a strategic growth area of the bank Access to comprehensive benefits, including pension contributions, bonus schemes, and employee discounts Inclusive workplace culture with a focus on diversity and professional development?
