Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (minimum 2 days a week in the office) - covering North West Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) annual bonus generous private pension life assurance private healthcare access to flexible company benefits scheme. Duties include: Engaging in meetings with clients, collaborating within diverse professional teams, and overseeing project execution. Assessing financial aspects and providing guidance on alternative solutions. Taking charge of contractual agreements and defining the conditions for construction projects. Overseeing cost factors related to construction techniques, material selection, project scale, and quality to maintain financial control. Preparing detailed tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities. Ensuring compliance with company policies and upholding quality standards across all project phases. MRICS qualification is highly desirable but they will also consider individuals qualified by experience.
