Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring , energetic , and innovative individual to join our nursery team! We are looking for a full-time practitioner who can bring creativity , passion , and a positive attitude to their role. As an Early Years Practitioner , you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, following the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures . Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged 0-5 years Implement engaging and creative teaching methods to stimulate learning and development Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum Create and maintain a safe , supportive , and nurturing environment for children Actively promote positive child development and behaviour management strategies Build meaningful relationships with children , parents , and colleagues Ensure the nursery meets all safeguarding standards and health and safety regulations ? To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related field Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare course A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles A natural enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for delivering excellent care and education Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and the team ?
