Job Description
Amazon Account Manager Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Location: Hybrid – Oxfordshire Industry: Toys, Games & Puzzles Join a beloved British toy company with a rich heritage and ambitious growth plans. With a reputation for creating family favourites and industry bestsellers, they're now scaling their Amazon channel and looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead the charge. This is a brilliant opportunity to own the full Amazon strategy , work cross-functionally across teams, and help grow a category-leading product range across the UK and beyond. What you will do: Own day-to-day management of the Amazon account (Vendor and/or Seller Central) Develop and deliver the Amazon trading strategy – including pricing, promotions, and catalogue growth Optimise listings and content (A Content, imagery, keywords) in collaboration with marketing Oversee Amazon Advertising campaigns with internal teams or external agencies Monitor and report on KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, ACoS, etc. Work closely with supply chain to forecast demand, minimise stockouts, and maintain availability Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates and best practices Essential Skills & Experience: Hands-on Amazon account management experience (Vendor or Seller Central) Proven track record of driving growth through content and advertising optimisation Strong analytical skills – confident using Excel and interpreting Amazon analytics Commercially aware, with an understanding of retail margin, pricing, and stock management Collaborative mindset – able to work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and product teams Benefits: Be the Amazon expert in a growing business with a well-loved product portfolio Join a passionate and collaborative team with a strong brand heritage Real ownership, autonomy, and visibility in a business scaling its digital channels Hybrid working and a supportive, flexible culture Career growth opportunities in a fast-moving, fun category We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and applicants.
