What You'll Be Doing: * Maintaining our central software register-licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and usage across the Group. * Reviewing software use across departments to spot underused tools, duplicate systems, and cost-saving opportunities. * Supporting better adoption of existing tools, working closely with IT, finance, and operational teams. * Helping us stay audit-ready and compliant with licensing agreements. * Producing clear, actionable reports that help shape smarter procurement and usage decisions. * Supporting improvements in asset tracking and playing a role in responsible AI tool adoption. What You'll Bring: * Experience in IT, procurement, compliance, or operational support. * Strong organisation, attention to detail, and comfort working with data. * An interest in (or understanding of) software licensing models like SaaS or Microsoft 365. * A proactive mindset-someone who asks questions, spots inefficiencies, and suggests improvements. * Excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams.
