Group Head Chef - Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Group Head Chef to work with us based in Oxford on a large, prestigious B&I contract. This a wonderful site spread across two buildings that provide breakfast and lunch for 300 people Monday - Friday and also hosts a range of events in a separate conference and exhibition Centre. Location: OX12 0DQ Rate of pay: £39,200 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week - 7am to 3pm - Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team which consists of 6 chefs Provide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a creative and innovative head chef who has experience within B&I contract catering What's in it for you?
