Social Media Manager – Construction Industry Tilbury, Essex | £26,000 – £35,000 Bonuses | Full Time, Permanent We’re a growing construction company based in Tilbury, Essex, and we’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. If you’ve worked in a similar role and know how to make content that builds trust, boosts visibility, and drives engagement – we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing: * Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok * Showcasing our projects, team, behind-the-scenes work, and customer testimonials * Managing social media accounts daily, responding to comments and DMs professionally * Growing our follower base and improving engagement * Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to show what’s working * Supporting marketing campaigns and contributing ideas to help generate leads What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role (ideally in construction, trades, or related industries) * Confident in creating and editing photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) * Great written communication skills and attention to detail * Able to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table * Comfortable occasionally visiting job sites for content creation What You’ll Get: * £26,000 – £35,000 per year (DOE) * Performance-based bonuses * Flexible working hours (some remote working possible) * A relaxed, supportive team that values your ideas * Opportunities to grow with the business Start Date: ASAP To apply, send your CV and a short portfolio if possible
