The practice includes experts in international disputes, finance-related cases, class actions, high-value professional negligence work, cross-border work, shareholder disputes, contractual issues, and multi-jurisdictional claims involving fraud. Criteria: 2 - 5 PQE at the Associate level with commercial disputes/commercial litigation experience. Experience at a regarded city of London firm.
