What Youll Do As an integral part of our multidisciplinary therapy team, you will: Provide direct 1:1 SLP services to children with autism, focusing on language and communication development. Evaluate children referred by their BCBA for speech, language, feeding/swallowing, fluency, voice, or augmentative/alternative communication needs. Develop and implement individualized long-term and short-term treatment goals. Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and educational staff to maximize therapy outcomes. Work with clients BCBAs, RBTs, and classroom teachers to ensure consistent goal implementation. Maintain a standard MondayFriday schedule (8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.) with limited travel requirements. What Were Looking For Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. South Carolina State Licensure. CCC or CF applicants are welcome (supervision provided if needed). Physical ability to actively engage with children in various settings. Skills and Attributes: Strong commitment to helping children with complex communication needs. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Enthusiasm for contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
