Job Title: X-Ray Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Cardiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:00 - 14:00) or 14:00 - 22:00 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Wisconsin/compact license required in hand upon submission Certifications: Flu vaccine required, medical/religious exemptions only Must-Have: - SSN required upon submission - DOB required upon submission - RTO (Request Time Off) required upon submission - Badge photo (passport style) required within 24 hours of acceptance - 2 Supervisor References required after offer - Epic experience preferred - Background checks will be accepted on a case-by-case basis - Return Staff Policy must be gone for one year to return as traveler - Latext allergy accommodations cannot be made Description: Rad Tech with varied shifts including days and evenings. Rotating weekend schedule every third week. Call may be required. Orientation consists of 8 hours that are non-billable. Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation, averaging 3-4 hours. Modules are recorded via facility report.
