Floating to other buildings on the same campus may be required Floating Req to Sister Facilities: May float to Pediatric imaging locations, as needed for critical coverage Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 year First-timers accepted: Yes Cert/Lic Required: ARRT, BLS Certification/Licenses accepted: ARRT (R) and SCRQSA (R) Experience Required: OR experience, C-arm experience-additional training will be available Experience Preferred: O-arm experience-training will be available Preferred: trauma experience preferred but not required, PEDS exp preferred Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Misc. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending State License accepted: SC license must be in hand prior to start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Magnet, Teaching and Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 865 Scrub Color: Teal Top/Black Bottoms Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Nights and weekends only. One time payment of 0 for a parking pass. Hurricane Season Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year.
