Your Role: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements Organize workshops, brainstorming sessions, and development meetings to define functional needs Translate complex business requests into actionable user stories and functional specs Partner with technical experts to ensure clear, complete product detailed specifications Facilitate meetings between business and technology teams to validate requirements ? Recommend business process improvements aligned with Core Banking capabilities Maintain ownership of documentation across the project lifecycle Contribute to the testing strategy, perform functional testing, and support UAT phases Support Post-Go-Live checks and ensure successful solution deployment ? Contribute to developing additional services around the product offering ? Your Profile: Proven experience as Business Analyst, preferably within banking and payment environments Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Skilled in facilitating workshops and driving cross-team collaboration ?
