Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will be instrumental in understanding client business needs, designing functional solutions, and delivering end-to-end ERP implementations. This is an onsite role based in Ahmedabad, ideal for someone passionate about solving real business challenges using modern ERP Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Provide functional support and training to end-users. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts. - Ensure seamless integration of Business Central with clients existing business processes. - Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. - Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements within Dynamics 365 Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields (e.g., BE, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT, BBA/MBA Finance). - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). - Solid understanding of core ERP domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills both verbal and written. - Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver business value. - Experience with Agile methodologies and ERP project lifecycles is a Were Looking For : - A business-centric mindset with a focus on delivering functional outcomes. - High adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, modules, and features. - Team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
