Job Description
Role : Salesforce Administrator (Full-Time). Key Responsibilities & Customization : - Manage and update custom fields, page layouts, and record types for standard objects. (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities). - Maintain custom flows and validation rules (approx. 20 currently in use). - Support automation of key processes including lead conversion, opportunity creation, and admissions stage updates. - Own QA for all new flows and process changes. User Management & Support : - Manage user access, roles, and permissions (approx. 75 users). - Support onboarding and offboarding of users. - Provide Tier 12 support for user issues related to record access, data syncing, and workflow errors. - Assist with maintenance of field-level security and profile settings. Admissions & Marketing Process Support : - Maintain flows and automations supporting the admissions funnel (e.g., submitted applications to admitted stage). - Work closely with the CRM Marketing Analyst and Admissions team to align Salesforce configuration with recruitment needs. - Ensure alignment between Salesforce and Pardot campaign automation. Reports & Dashboards : - Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Admissions pipeline tracking at the department, team, and individual level. - Support Marketing and Product teams with ad hoc reporting and insights. - Maintain data cleanliness and consistency across objects and integrations. Integration Monitoring : - Support and troubleshoot integrations with: - Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) - SMS Magic (text messaging) - Zoom and Calendly (event tracking) - Campuswire (to a limited extent) - Collaborate with internal stakeholders when integration updates or improvements are needed. Documentation & Process Improvement : - Maintain documentation in Notion for all major flows, automations, and admin processes. - Suggest process improvements to reduce manual work or increase data accuracy. - Help the team stay organized through Asana for admin-related tasks and : - 4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. - Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects, automation (Flows), validation rules, and permission sets. - Familiarity with Pardot and integrations like SMS Magic, Calendly, and Zoom. - Ability to work independently, follow direction, and document work clearly. - Experience supporting both B2C and B2B uses cases in Salesforce is important. - Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
