For its Buildings, Industry & Data Center division, based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist . The selected candidate, integrated into the project team, will be responsible for QA/QC activities at construction sites. The main responsibilities include: Adapting QA/QC procedures to align with contractual documentation requirements from clients. Training the construction site management team on procedures, assigning tasks, and providing template documentation. Scheduling QA/QC activities in accordance with the overall project plan. Supervising proper application of procedures and providing training to site team members. Collecting, archiving, and submitting QA/QC results to clients, analyzing feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Organizing and participating in QA/QC meetings and preparing minutes. Investigating and reporting incidents or non-conformities, identifying causes, and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Required qualifications include: Experience in construction sites, preferably as a general contractor. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. In-depth knowledge of legislation and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, including Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational abilities.
