(Senior) Account Executive (m/f/d) Italy

Job Description: Your mission Co-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Manage a portfolio of potential customers (prospects) / your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing. Potentially develop into a team lead role, managing other employees in the workshop chains area. Work with a motivated team eager to drive success. Your profile You are passionate about sales: You thrive as a sales hunter in B2B/SaaS/Automotive sales and enjoy inspiring others. Experience in the automotive environment is a plus but not mandatory. You value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level. Ideally, you have experience building and scaling digital B2B businesses and acquiring customers in SaaS/Automotive sectors. You are flexible, adaptable, and highly independent. You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working in a team and have a good sense of humor. Why us?
