Sales Training Facilitator (Italian Speaker)

RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking contract sales training facilitators to add to our expanding team. This is a part-time, contract role. Are you an independent sales training facilitator who is fluent in Italian and English and looking to align with a proven, time-tested sales methodology across a wide and deep portfolio of training offerings? We seek dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation with experience delivering engaging learning in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services. This role primarily involves crafting and delivering solutions in Italy, with potential global engagements. Your focus will be to drive transformation and results through tailored content and RAIN Group IP via training, coaching, and reinforcement, using various delivery mediums. Role Highlights : You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver programs that achieve client results, including content tailoring, session facilitation, coaching, and reinforcement. Responsibilities include: Delivering world-class programming to drive client transformation and results Managing client projects to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution Mastering IP knowledge and serving as an IP expert Meeting KPIs for client feedback Collaborating with internal teams for project success Maintaining professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders Supporting sales and large-scale projects as needed Providing feedback to sales, marketing, and client results teams Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies: Candidates should be curious, creative, motivational, and comfortable working in teams. A solid understanding of adult learning theory and experiential techniques is essential. Additional requirements include : Fluency in English and Italian Bachelor’s degree or higher Training facilitation experience with strong references Experience selling or leading sales teams Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools Exceptional communication skills Knowledge of instructional design Ability to relate to all organizational levels with enthusiasm Quick learner on verticals and organizations Open to coaching and feedback Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Access to a major airport hub Availability for 2-10 days of training per month, excluding travel About Us: RAIN Group is a global sales training and consulting company founded in 2002, committed to client results, speed, openness, and success of others.
