Partner with the best We are seeking a Facility Manager for our new Manufacturing Facility dedicated to energy module production. This role involves managing all soft and hard services, defining strategies for new investments, overseeing operations, and leading initiatives for cost reduction, quality improvement, energy management, and CO2 reduction targets for 2030 and 2050. Key Responsibilities: Manage soft services such as cleaning, waste management, gardening, and canteen services. Define and execute strategies for new investments (P&E). Manage budgets and control costs for maintenance, fixtures & tooling, engineering services, facilities, utilities, external services, and labor. Lead energy management initiatives to reduce CO2 emissions in alignment with climate goals. Coordinate construction activities for major assets of the new plant. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 10 years of industry experience, particularly in global supply chain and facility management. Willingness to relocate within Calabria. Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Experience in matrix management organizations.
