Candidate Requirements At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in structured environments. Essential technical skills include: Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) Spring, Spring Boot Microservices architecture Relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres Agile and Scrum methodologies Additional Skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Italian language Work Location and Flexibility Remote work with mandatory presence for 2 weeks per year at the client's site in Lucca.
