Project Manager - Senior

Responsibilities Manage multidisciplinary projects from kickoff meeting, in collaboration with the sales team, until project acceptance, maintaining customer relationships to meet project targets; Project setup and follow-up: Refine the Project Macro Planning during sales and follow-up during execution; Set up, with sales and costing teams, the purchasing plans for plant materials (PII), external contractors for mechanical parts (PIE), and suppliers for technological packages (PE); Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, shipment, and site activities with the functional Project Manager; Identify potential issues proactively and pursue relevant solutions; Follow up on site erection and commissioning to address issues related to engineering, manufacturing, and performance, focusing on problem-solving and lessons learned. Technical Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering; Fluent in English; Experience in multidisciplinary project management.
