They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Presales phase to assess the customer site, agree on project scope, project risk & timelines, technical project feasibility, pre-calculation of the project cost Verify & agree on the project objectives and formulate the project plan with all project stakeholders based on the contract Follow the PEPF and PMP CPM processes to initiate, plan, execute, close, and monitor & control the project Drive compliance to applicable regulations (Quality & Regulatory/Health & Safety) by own organization, third parties, and partners in the project Define the risks (project-related), issues, and changes of the project and develop scenarios to respond to these Manage internal & external resources, the project budget, communication to stakeholders, planning, quality, customer acceptance, transition to service, and project evaluation Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector or construction company Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Proficiency in English writing and communication skills J-18808-Ljbffr
