Responsibilities: Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects. Communicate with clients, design ESS solutions based on their needs, and prepare bidding documents. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation. Prepare and negotiate technical agreements. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS technology. Knowledge of development processes and requirements for energy storage projects in overseas regions. Priority for candidates with 10 years of experience in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation). Ability to read and interpret various English technical specifications and papers; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
