BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH REQUIRED Strong technical skill set of Mexican financial regulations & tax laws Loyalty to the company and management Reports to CFO Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead all financial operations in Mexico, supporting multiple business locations across the country. The Financial Officer will be responsible for ensuring financial health, driving performance, managing risk, and enabling sustainable growth. This role is critical to aligning local financial practices with global standards while adapting to regional nuances. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for all Mexico operations. Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and regional leadership team. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards. Oversee all accounting, treasury, audit, and financial reporting activities for multiple sites. Analyze business performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Partner with operational leaders across locations to support cost efficiency, profitability, and investment decisions. Manage banking relationships, cash flow, capital expenditures, and risk management. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple sites. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, internal controls, and processes. Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and local regulatory authorities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including multi-site or regional oversight. Deep knowledge of Mexican financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of strategic leadership and operational execution. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
