Marketing Associate (Contract, Changi Airport, UP$3500)

Support and execute marketing activities to achieve business objectives, including advertising and promotional campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact with external parties for campaign-related communication. Coordinate with creative agencies and external merchant partners to align on campaign mechanics and artwork for marketing materials. Work with printing agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing collaterals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely deployment of internal assets for campaign deadlines. Maintain and update content for various internal marketing materials (e.g., eDMs, pWeb, POSM assets). Monitor and report on campaign performance, including redemptions, marketing, and sales results. Focus on digital and social media marketing strategies to engage target audiences and implement innovative approaches to stand out from competitors. Provide content marketing and publicity support for marketing programs and initiatives. Ensure the accuracy of marketing content across all campaign deliverables. Manage administrative and financial processes, including raising payment requisitions, vendor onboarding, and invoice processing. Provide support for other ad hoc marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Marketing Experience in Digital Wallet/ QR payment/ Payment Solutions Industry or experience in marketing campaigns is advantageous Meticulous, responsible, able to multi-task and able to work with minimal supervision. Willing to work as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics, HTML and other Microsoft Office applications.
