We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our recruiting team as a Principal Recruiter in Singapore. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the chance to build relationships with leaders across the organization. You will have a direct impact in contributing to our growth of Klaviyo, affecting the culture and business tremendously with the hyper-intelligent, driven and empathetic people you bring into the company. You’ll take ownership of the process and your results, drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process more efficient whilst maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll gain skills, achieve in ways you hadn’t thought possible all while having fun! How You Will Make a Difference: Ownership and Efficiency; Lead Klaviyo’s overall hiring initiatives in Singapore and develop strategies for success in identifying the right talent across functional areas in partnership with our local leadership team and the wider business. Establish guidelines, implement structure and create standards for recruiting in Singapore aligned to our global practices. Your work will ensure consistency, efficiency and excellence across all searches for the region. Develop direct search strategies but also lead brand initiatives for Singapore working with our Talent Brand team. End-to-end ownership of the full candidate experience lifecycle. Draw insights from analytics to make data-driven improvements to our hiring process and contribute to ongoing process enhancements. Building Lasting Relationships; Forge lasting relationships with both candidates, our APAC leadership team and the wider People Team at Klaviyo through your empathetic and people-centric approach. Be an ambassador for Klaviyo, representing the company through various channels, ensuring candidates have a positive first impression. Serve as a liaison for external vendors, fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance our talent network and brand. Continuous Learning and Growth; Embrace a culture of learning and growth, consistently leveling up your skills and contributing to the advancement of your career. Bring fresh perspectives grounded in data and analytics to continually improve and optimize our recruiting processes. Who You Are; 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. This experience will include work in-house at a high-growth tech / SaaS company. This experience will also include work across the wider APAC region, i.e. not just in Singapore. Additionally, it should include work in GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Innate drive to build process, implement measurable goals and create accountable standards for hiring. Influence key stakeholders and decision makers, building rapport with both internal and external hiring partners. Thrive in managing complex situations while navigating multiple, potentially conflicting priorities with ease, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment. Ambitious and motivated by a desire for professional and personal growth, rising to recruiting challenges with confidence. Genuine enjoyment of the recruiting process and the relationships you build. Eligibility to work in Singapore without restriction. As our Principal Recruiter, you will work across all Klaviyo go-to-market teams in the region, including, Sales, Customer Success, Support and G&A.
