Business Continuity Management Manager (1 Year Contract) | Up to 7K

Work location: Raffles Place Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm Job Purpose You will be part of the Group Operational Risk Management (GORM) Team supporting the BCM Programme activities, with a focus on the BCM System Replacement Project. The role involves facilitating communication, coordinating business requirements, and overseeing system design, implementation, and testing. Responsibilities include issue tracking, assisting with training materials, and user guides. The Job Business Requirements: Collaborate with GORM to gather, clarify, and document business requirements for system design and setup. Communicate effectively with technical and project teams. System Implementation: Support the project management team in system development and deployment, ensuring adherence to scope and timeline. Track issues/tickets until resolution. System Testing: Develop test plans and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure issues are tracked and resolved properly. System & Data Integrity: Conduct system and data integrity checks to ensure correct workflow design and accurate data migration. Training & Documentation: Create training materials and user guides for internal use. Reporting & Escalation: Provide regular updates to the GORM Team Lead and escalate issues promptly. Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with additional tasks related to BCM Programme activities as assigned. Risk Management: Consider business and regulatory risks, taking steps to mitigate them. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and technologies to enhance risk management practices. Highlight potential risks and share best practices.
