Position : After-Sales Technical Specialist (Coffee Machines/Grinders) Location : Jalan Besar (Near Bendemeer MRT) Working hours : Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 Performance Bonus 18 Days Annual Leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Coffee Machine Manufacturer and Supplier Main Responsibilities: Providing after-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers on machine operation. Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Collaborating with the technical team to resolve recurring problems. Assisting customers with technical questions and usage instructions. Keeping detailed records of repairs, replacements, and customer interactions. Supporting sales with technical advice during customer consultations. Staying informed about new coffee machine technologies and industry standards. Other ad-hoc activities assigned. Requirements: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electronics, mechanics, or a related field. Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar appliances. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Willingness to travel overseas for technical support when required.
