Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing production planning, improving quality control, and reducing operational costs - all while collaborating with top-tier professionals across engineering, production, and supply chain functions. 🌟 What You'll Be Doing: Analyze and improve production workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Develop smart facility layouts and production schedules that balance quality and cost. Implement quality control systems and lead defect resolution strategies. Leverage data analytics and simulation tools to guide decision-making and process improvements. Support the industrialization of new products, manage BOMs, and ensure smooth transitions from design to production. Drive Lean Six Sigma and 5S initiatives across operational areas. Manage ERP and MRP systems, ensuring accurate material and production data. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor others on best practices. Promote safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability in all operations. ✠What Were Looking For: BEng or BTech in Industrial Engineering. 25 years of experience (graduates will be considered). Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3, Odoo, and Syspro) is a strong advantage. Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification preferred. Prior exposure to military vehicle design is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player.
