Rare opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Senior Associate / Partner to handle an existing caseload of commercial matters and assist in the further develop the department. The successful Commercial Partner will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience and will ideally already be a Partner or an existing head of department who is desperately trying to achieve a growth and succession plan where they are nut are being thwarted by lack of autonomy and freedom to develop your ideas.
