Program Director

Role Title: Programme Director Duration: contract to run until 28/11/2025 Location: Birmingham, Hybrid 3 days a week onsite Rate: up to £600-£660 p/d Umbrella inside IR35 Key Skills/ requirements 20yr experience Extensive experience leading large divestiture programmes Extensive experience delivering complex programmes in FS Sector Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, and financial advisors. Develop and implement a plan for the separation of the divested business from the parent company. Manage the transition of employees, assets, and liabilities to the new owner. CXO Management Leadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines Highly effective communicator Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment Financial services experience is very desirable All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
