Maintenance Operations Manager

We are currently recrtuiting for a Maintenance Manager to join out EFW client in Bridgwater. Permanent Role Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00 Responsibilities Managing and directing a team of mechanical, electrical and C&I technicians to ensure minimum plant downtime and maximum availability Planning and executing plant shutdowns/outages Managing the departments maintenance budget Oversee the management of the maintenance schedule Develop and maintain records of plant maintenance including work orders, PPMs and planned and unplanned outages and inspections Overseeing on site contractors Deputising for the Plant Manager when required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance/engineering in a relevant heavy process industry, ideally power generation but industries such as chemical production, aggregate or similar Practical understanding of boilers, steam generation, pressure parts and associated equipment Experience with managing a team/department budget Experience in a management or supervisory level role IOSH or NEBOSH would be preferred but isnt essential. MUST HAVE power generation/biomass/EFW background ADZN1_UKTJ
