Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE)

A highly regarded international law firm is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) to its Birmingham team. There’s a strong pipeline of work spanning domestic and cross-border transactions, regularly involving FTSE100 clients and major global corporates. The team has an excellent track record in complex corporate transactions , with a balance of strategic M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, and capital markets exposure.
