Lennox Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK's leading Education recruitment agencies and we are currently looking for 2 experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to work with one of our clients based in Southampton. Any previous sector experience is welcomed Here are the details - * Base salary between £25-35k, depending on individual experience. * 10% commission on permanent placements and up 25% on contract placements. * Potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate. * Working 7am - 4pm during term time and 9am - 3pm in the school holidays. * 1 day a week remote working but there could be further flexibility available on this * Cold calling business development experience is essential * WARM desk opportunity available * Small friendly and well established team set up * Top billers earning 6 figures!
