Job Title: Sales Manager – GRP Products Job reference Number: 387004-3525-2598 Office location: Scunthorpe Remuneration: £35,000 - £55,000neg discretionary bonus Benefits: Company car, pension, 25 days annual leave The role will involve: Sales Manager role, selling a manufactured range of manufactured permanent GRP formwork products for bridges Dealing with main contractors, subcontractors, architects and specifying consultants Responsible for managing and developing sales strategies Building, fostering and developing relationships with clients Majority of the role will be chasing new business as no project is the same Arranging CPDS for the Head of Sales Liaising with Estimating, Production and Design teams to ensure deadlines are adhered and projects run smoothly Occassionally will be required to attend client visits and CPDs (1-2 overnight stays per month) Contributing to the UK sales target, roughly bringing in circa £3.5m per year The ideal applicant will: Must have extensive outbound sales experience within the construction industry Experience within the civils or structures market sector would be advantageous Ideally will have experience selling into main contractors, architects and specifying consultants Must be pro-active and have excellent organisational skills Experience and proficiency with a CRM system essential IT literate (Microsoft Office) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Confident & professional telephone manor Hungry and looking for a career Stable career background, no job hoppers
