Locum Residential Conveyancer

Locum Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor / Legal Executive Venn Group are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Wiltshire, seeking a skilled Locum Residential Conveyancer (Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive) to support their busy conveyancing department on a temporary basis for 6 months. Position Details: Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend) Location: Wiltshire Working Arrangement: Initially office based, hybrid-working considered once locum fully-established Rate: £45 - £60 per hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title checks, and dealing with Land Registry requirements Ensuring files are managed in line with compliance and regulatory standards Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years PQE Extensive experience in all aspects residential conveyancing Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong communication and organisational skills Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
