Wrap Around Care Leader - Key Stage 2 Location: Sevenoaks Hours: 4:00 PM - 6:15 PM, Wednesday to Friday (term-time only) Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Part-Time, Permanent We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and committed Wrap Around Care Leader to join our thriving and supportive school community. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality after-school care for Key Stage 2 pupils , ensuring a safe, engaging and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children, enjoys planning fun and stimulating activities, and is confident leading a small team. The schools vision is to provide a happy, safe, stimulating, supportive and fun environment where every child can thrive-developing into kind, creative and responsible members of the school community. Your Responsibilities: To support and lead in delivering a safe, secure and stimulating environment for pupils in Wrap Around Care Ensure that the care offers a high quality, inclusive environment which meets the needs of all pupils attending Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are upheld Ensure good communication with catering, and associated support/teaching staff Help pupils with homework and supervise a range of independent activities Ensure registers are up to date Follow Safeguarding procedures in accordance with School policies What we're looking for: A caring, patient and positive attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Creativity, energy and the ability to plan and lead activities Reliability, punctuality and initiative A team player with strong leadership skills Paediatric First Aid training (or willingness to undertake training) If this role interests you and you would like to find out more, please do get in touch or APPLY !
