Quantity Surveyor - Cladding

Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor - Facade / Cladding The Company My client are a Leading Subcontractor who have been established in the Facade market for 30 years. They are well known in the industry for their professional and adaptive way of working. My client currently have an annual turnover approaching £50m and are still growing at an impressive rate. HQ based in Essex, with projects in London and the home counties. The Role - Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor (Facade/Cladding) My client are looking for a proactive, experienced Quantity Surveyor, who can stand alone but also work well within a team. Their current works secured include a lot of recladding works, where they act as a Principal Contractor on site. The role will be a mixture of in the office (Essex) and on sites (predominately London). Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for: Cost planning, procurement processes and contract administration. Prepare and assess tender documents and bid proposals. Precise cost estimates for various projects. Work alongside project teams to oversee and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budgetary limits. Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all cost-related activities. Site visits to monitor progress and evaluate the financial implications. Assist in resolving any financial or contractual issues that arise.
