Electrical Shift Engineer

Great vacancy for a junior Electrical Shift Engineer to gain exposure to a high end commercial property which is a short walk from Euston train station. You'll be joining a long standing, well respected building service provider and be part of a tight knit maintenance team!This is a static role, following a fixed shift schedule of 4 on / 4 off, (Day shift only, no nights)Electrical Shift Engineer duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Pumps & Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Electrical Shift Engineer Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) 17th edition minimum At least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance Good knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems Client facing skills Apprentice trained would be desirable, not essential Package Benefits: £46,000 per annum 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, (Day shift only) Company pension scheme Internal progression Plenty of overtime on site Additional training Great role to progress internally Exposure to a high end commercial property
