Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver project success across financial and operational KPIs. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure robust commercial governance from bid to project completion. Draft and develop commercial documentation in collaboration with legal teams. Ensure company-wide compliance with contract obligations and financial agreements. Provide expert support on procurement, contract law, and stakeholder engagement.
