Play a vital role in shaping our school's education and training policies and practices as a HLTA. What We're Looking For: An HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Previous experience in an educational setting and ability to commute across Bristol Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
