Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding Location: South of England (Remote with Site Visits) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Our client, a specialist in roofing and cladding solutions, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across the South of England. This is a remote-based position with regular site visits required, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage roofing and cladding projects from inception to completion Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Manage site progress, health and safety, and quality control Attend regular site meetings and report on progress Handle project planning, resource allocation, and risk management Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations Provide leadership to site teams and subcontractors Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing and cladding sector Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
