Events Coordinator

You'll play a vital role in creating flawless proposals, managing client communications, coordinating tastings, and ensuring the seamless planning of each event. What You'll Do: You'll be the go-to support for our Sales & Events team, helping to deliver outstanding client experiences and events. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing tailored proposals and presentations to bring event visions to life Managing client communications, tastings, and event logistics Coordinating documentation across teams—schedules, staffing, kitchen and equipment briefs Maintaining accurate CRM records (EventWorks) and assisting with internal admin Supporting venue liaison, delivery schedules, and logistical planning Capturing content and feedback for marketing and promotional use What You Bring: Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Confident communicator with a polished, client-friendly approach Impeccable attention to detail in both written and visual work A passion for food, events, and luxury experiences Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint CRM experience (e.g. EventWorks) is a bonus Positive, proactive team player with a can-do mindset Degree in event management is a plus, but not essential Success in This Role Looks Like: Proposals delivered on time and to brand standard Seamless client journeys from initial brief to event day Positive feedback from clients and internal teams Tastings and events run with precision and flair Accurate CRM data and insightful marketing contributions Ready to bring your creativity and coordination skills to one of London's most exciting event catering teams?
